The NSHC is a grassroots organization of registered voters over 60. Since 1998, Outsources has managed the NSHC annual congress, and made sure the meeting was successful while working with a limited budget. Specifically, Outsources provided the following services:

• Negotiated contracts with quality vendors that met budget constraints
• Managed the membership database
• Designed, printed and distributed the quarterly newsletter
• Selected sites for the annual conference
• Managed registration
• Identified and confirmed speakers
• Managed all logistics
• Handled food and beverage planning
• Conducted post-conference financial reconciliation
