AMBERLEE HUGGINS Vice President, Operations
Throughout her career, Amberlee has been responsible for the vision, organization, coordination and fiscal success of a diverse range of conferences, tours and special events worldwide. Amberlee—a focused, flexible, natural team player and program leader—brings a broad range of experience to the table, including conference program development, direct marketing, negotiations and accountability for events in the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia. Her mix of international management experience, clear dedication to client service and creative marketing skills is clearly evident in every program. In addition, Amberlee has helped nonprofits and corporations reach their program goals through fiscal responsibility and teamwork.
Amberlee serves her community in a variety of ways. She is Special Events Committee Chair for March of Dimes, Walk American organization, dedicated to improving the health of babies by preventing birth defects and infant mortality. She also serves on the Programs Committee for the Association of Meeting Professionals (AMPS). In her spare time, Amberlee assists physically challenged individuals remain independent in their community.
KENNETH G. CARLISLE, CMP Vice President
Ken brings 18 years of experience in diverse rolls to the Outsources team. He has created memorable meetings for associations, not-for-profit and industry organizations, both in the USA and abroad. As an association manager, he successfully managed rapid growth while increasing revenues and profitability. He also is adept at managing multi-million dollar budgets. In addition to his wealth of professional experience, Ken has served on the Board of Directors for the Association of Meeting Professionals. The association voted him Meeting Planner of the Year in 1998.
